wifi - NUC - windows 10

Hello,

I've NUC windows 10 connected to Wifi, the bar is not bad, 4 bar. All browsing youtube is ok, but when I'm using microsoft team, the connection is bad
I tried to test speed using speedtest.net, and the results only up to 4-5Mbps, meanwhile, I'm using my mac, same position, same wifi, the results can hit up to 15Mbps

can anyone please give any suggestion what's happening ?

I've tried several tweak from googling, update driver, or any other 5 ways tweak which we can easily find on googling, but not helpful

no, i think my router only for b/g/n TP link TL-WR1043ND, and my connection supposed to be only up to 35Mbps

OK, as a test, can you move the NUC or the router closer to each other. It is possible the antenna in the MAC has more gain than the NUC.

Also, check the firmware version on the router and update it if there's a new version available.

Sorry that I don't have Teams experience to compare or guide you directly. There are so many variables involved and comparisons like these are difficult, but I'd guess it's your internet service or pre-location wiring, rather than your wi-fi equipment, especially because your Mac numbers aren't that great either. I have a Windows 7 NUC, although it is an i7/16GB set-up. I use a 8-10-years-old Netgear N600 router, and a few-years-old ARRIS Surfboard SBG10 modem, and on Speedtest.net I just got 60-62 Mbps uploads, and 18s uploads. I am fortunate to have a high-speed internet service from my rip-off local monopoly -Comcast. Good luck troubleshooting this.
