Hi
I?ve been searching for a Windows Mobile WiFi app that does the following:
When an application (namely Pocket Outlook) requires Internet access
WiFi app turns on WiFi and connects to a preconfigured WiFi network
Application (Pocket Outlook) connects to Internet, downloads, disconnects.
WiFi app turns off WiFi.
It is basically for situations where Pocket Outlook checks for email every 60 minutes and there is no Cellular data network coverage. Instead of tweaking the registry to keep WiFi on all time, I would like to conserve batter power and turn on/off WiFi when necessary. Kind of like a ?WiFi on demand? utility.
Please let me know if any similar app exists. Thank you.
