wifi on my lumia 930 is really slow, can you help?

WiFi connection on my Lumia 930 has started to run really slow. It also loses the connection too. All other devices work fine. 4g is fine too. Can you help?

are you in a position to reset the router? Restart the router perhaps or delete the wifi network from the phone and add it again
