Wifi only need ethernet

I am vacationing where wifi is the only connection offered. I need to connect computer via Ethernet. What do I need to purchase to do this?

Thanks but I need Ethernet. The computer is for work and must connect through Ethernet

Better check with your IT guys then.

Not sure these will pass the sniff test and report as LAN connection.

even if you manage to get that wifi to become hardwired, your work data is gonna end up floating in the air anyways.

but one solution is to have another laptop with Ethernet connect to that wifi, then use network bridging to the Ethernet port. then just hardwire your work laptop into that other laptop.

Ask the Hotel where can they provide you with a LAN line in. They must have some in conference rooms, etc.

I think this is your best option without needing to jerry rig some kind of solution together.
