WiFi question

Ok so we have a hidden WiFi on My work place.
I have connected with My log in. But everytime i want To use it i have to mannually connect.
My WiFi at home is not Hidden and i am connected when i walk tru the front door.
Anny word on how to do this so it is the same at My work place?

I've tried to search this for you but other than this page that tells you how to specifically connect to a hidden wifi network, WiFi FAQ for Windows Phone | Windows Phone How-to (United Kingdom), I can't find any way to automatically connect to a hidden network.

WiFi networks with hidden ssid are not more secure, on the other hand they can make connected devices use more energy. Maybe that's why windows phone doesn't automatically reconnect, I don't know since I don't use them
