Wifi reconnects after hard reset?

I did a hard reset but before that, I deleted my device backup as well as my personal settings from OneDrive. Yet I get to work this morning and the wifi autoconnects. Is that normal? Are there any other settings that are going to be automatically put back in my phone?

Also, is this still good?

I remember on first setting up the phone where a certain setting exists where you can share wifi details with contacts. Could it be also sharing with your own account such that it can remember?

I didn't enable that though.
