Wil my 830 work with Ford Sync 2?

In the process of buying a new Focus fitted with Ford Sync 2.

Will my Lumia 830 be 100% compatible with Ford's Microsoft developed system or are my early researches correct in indicating that Apple/Android phones may be more compatible?!

My 2013 ST has the latest SYNC installed (don't know if it's SYNC 2 or not). The 830 paired up without a hitch. Incoming calls, text, and Bluetooth streaming (Slacker Radio) work well.

My 920 works awesome in my 13 Explorer, even better than my wife's iPhone! The ability to use Cortana in conjunction with SYNC is great and can even respond to and create text messages using voice commands. It works very well and I haven't found any issues yet. You should be very happy.
