Guys, I want to buy 950 from at&t. Did they remove Qi charging like they did to 1520? Did they cut any features! Please lemme know.

Nope. It comes just as the Microsoft store's one--minus being unlocked. It has Qi charging, the same amount of storage, and everything else. I remember WCentral mentioned this in an article.

The AT&T 950 has Qi AND PMA wireless charging. The unlocked 950 only has Qi. 950XL only has Qi too.

Is it full of bloatware like all the other ATT phones?

I was able to use both my wireless chargers without issue last night. I have a stand up (Nokia DT-910) and flat one (Nokia DT-900). Very happy to see AT&T did not mess with this option!

Yes, 9 or so apps of crap were installed. Only one left on mine is MyAT&T.

Visual Voicemail is missing at the moment though.

Well that's a bummer. Any idea if they are making us pay extra for it? I know on the W10M builds on my 1520 I had to dial my voicemail and then after hanging up the phone asked for my PIN and then visual voicemail showed up.

I've had no issue with visual voicemail, not even on the unlocked Lumia 930 I used previously. I imagine it may have more to do with people's accounts not the phone itself. Since the AT&T 950 has PMA and will do WiFi/HD calling one could argue it might even be better than the unlocked 950. It of course has the branding added to the bottom of the back. :( One last downside is that if you get a phone on NEXT then the MS Store can't insure it. They can only insure paid up phones or ones on contract. And the MS store insurance is the best.

I have visual voicemail on my 950 that I picked up from AT&T Thursday. I didn't have to do anything special; it just worked.
