Will Cortana be present for non US Developer preview users?

So the trick should work on preview too. Well, region specific suggestions and queries still won't work. I don't like using another region because apps like bing news and finance won't give me the content I need. So much for cortana, eh?

Are you suggesting that if someone is using a US Lumia and hence cortana and wants information about places and things in India, Cortana would not be able to help?
The way I see it, cortana should be having all the data that's there is bing which includes a lot of stuff about India also.

Some data, not all.

To do the same thing in India, they'd need to tie up with Zomato or something, which is clearly not going to happen.
