Will I be able to get Lumia Cyan

I have a Lumia 920 that is at&t locked however I use a Net10 SIM card so my question is when cyan comes out for my model in the US will I still be able to download it? Or only if I get an at&t SIM and plan?

So how will I receive it I thought the update was OTA from the carrier? Is Nokia releasing it?

The official OS firmware with be pushed from individual carriers with device firmware updates for individual device models or versions.

So it is certain that though I use a Net10 SIM card I will still receive the update when it is released, regardless of what SIM is in the phone?

Because Net10 customer service is painful to speak with and they said no they wouldn't push the update to my phone.

You should get the OS.
Sounds like Net10 just won't have any device firmware available since they are not selling your particular device.
