I have a genuine Windows 8.1 which was built in to my laptop I got in October. So after I upgrade to Windows 10 on July 29, 2015 and after a year on July 29, 2016 will I be able to roll back to my original, genuine windows? Or If I wish to go back before the expiration date. If so, How? Kindly guide me...

You can create a system image on another partition. It simply backing up your entire system disk.

Just make sure you have extra storage

You also can freshly install windows 8.1 with any ISO windows 8.1 ISO. Just input the product key stated on your devices sticker.

If you don't have a dvd drive try windows 7 dvd download tools from microsoft store website.it create a bootable flash drive for windows 7 and above

Im sorry I dont get it. I have two drives C and D in C i currently have Windows 8.1 Single Language installed. And in D i have drivers installed. If I upgrade to wiindows 10, Will it erase my Windows 8.1?

Like i said earlier upgrade will overwrite your OS but you can always back up it. You can use system image for that purpose
