Will I get a Lumia 830 or 1520 with the MS warranty?

Microsoft warranty for the lumia 830

I bought the Lumia 830 in November from Microsoft store. I paid extra for the Ms warranty if anything happens to the phone I can bring the phone back for a replacement.

My question is and I'm not sure if anyone knows or not but, If I bring the phone back do I have to get another 830 or can I get the 1520?

that depends how you talk to them
​ofcourse you would be paying extra money if going to get a 1520 !
