Will Live Lock Screen Users slow down my phone?

I was wondering, will this app slow down my 635? And is it any good?

Yes, I've tried it on my Lumia 620, 630, and when you unlock the phone it needs a second to catch up (Live lock screen beta and TetraLockScreen) you can try it but its the same, maybe with Windows 10 they will integrate it with the OS and would be more fluid.

It can also cause Resuming screens even after unlocking the phone and that often drives people nuts. Look for some of the many threads around... Do a site search for "resuming" and see what pops up.

How about 930? Anybody tried using Live Lockscreen or Tetra lockscreen?? 930 takes maybe half a second to wake up after pressing the button/double tap, so I am kinda used to it now. Would these lockscreens make it even slower?

I originally downloaded the app soon after it was released. It caused long resume times, random freeze-ups (had to soft reset each time), and slowed down my 920. I'm sure there has been many bug fixes since. If you do choose to try out and have any issues keep in mind uninstalling the app alone will not fix the issue. After uninstalling the app you have to go under settings and turn kid corner back on. For some reason there is extra code left over and this takes care of it.

So I take it, That this a VERY bad app? Darn. It kinda made me feel closer to android. BUT I found a better Lock Screen app. It's called "Awesome Lock". It's free but some features cost money so I bought it

I tried it already Has some nice features, but doesn't seem to have a "Slideshow Feature" from when I used it.

It's slow as hell... I tried Live Lockscreen and I uninstalled it. Remember if you uninstall that app you must switch to Bing images on your lock screen and then you reboot the phone. Otherwise you'll still see the "resuming..." Screen when you'll try to unlock your phone.

Keep in mind the majority of us probably downloaded it when it was new.. Its possible many of the bugs have been worked out. After the issues I had with it I have no interest in trying it again though.

I was just going to suggest you try Awesome Lock! But looks like you beat me to it! I like it and it provides me with all the info I could ever want in a lockscreen.
