Will Microsoft Remove "download over WiFi" restriction

Is there any hope that Microsoft will remove this restriction of wpstore in future updates.....

I hope so, running WP 8 on tmobile with unlimited data,no home internet yet and I can't download podcasts,updates,apps over 50 Mb. Until I can get cable internet access I have to go out and waste gas to update.

Is it 50mb? I just downloaded the latest release of OverVolt and it was 51mb, so I thought the limit was 100mb. Either way, not everyone has unlimited data like you and me, so the limitation is there for those people. If Microsoft could make a toggle switch though, that'd be awesome!
