Will phones like the Lumia 830 and 730/735 get HDR and Dynamic flash features?

I just read that the new anounced Lumia 640 and 640 XL will get the HDR and dynamic flash features like the Lumia 1520. I own a Lumia 735 and would like to know if I can expect that feature.

I guess in the end it will depend on whether or not your chipset can support it or not
