This one is easy. NO. You will be able to buy the phones elsewhere besides just t-Mo.

Why at this point with Microsoft's mobile restructuring will there be exclusives? Carriers will bone you in their own special ways, but that's one of the few key reasons Microsoft ditched exclusivity. The Icon has to be one of the best Lumias but hampered by a carrier living twelve years in the past.
