Cortana for UK is in Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. Since Denim will include Update 1, the answer would be yes.

HEY CORTANA app is included in Denim. So instead of activation by voice button or typing 'she' will respond to your voice even when phone locked.

Kind of incorrect information coming at you here.
Cortana IS part of update 1 but doesn't necessarily come with Denim.
I have a 930 with update 1 and Cortana but not Denim (I am not part of DP)
As stated above the ability to say "Hey Cortana" to activate her IS part of Denim. This however will only be available on the 'high end' Lumias, 1520, 930 & Icon.
