Will the Lumia 640 dual sim be released in the USA?

I have been waiting forever to get a dual sim windows phone in the US. I just bought the Blu dual sim LTE. However, I quickly realized the it only works with GSM carriers. My personal number is GSM and my work is CDMA. the goal is to have both in one windows phone. So I will be returning the Blu in hopes of getting the dual 640 in the future. Do you think this could be a reality or just wishful thinking?

I don't think any dual-SIM phone on the planet will work on CDMA.

Also, the US isn't exactly a market where dual-SIM is popular, so I wouldn't expect it.
You could always try importing one like some people with the 930, etc.
