Will the lumia 640 get W10M?

i'm about to get lumia 640 and i wanna know if i'll be able to upgrade my windows to windows 10 version? and if i'll be able...when?

windows 10 mobile hasn't been released yet, but the 640 is supposed to be one of the first devices to get the upgrade once its available.

Yes it'll happen. (assuming ATT cooperates if you have an ATT model)

No we don't know when for sure. We only have a rough time period.

i think windows 10 will be release right when lumia 950 will...
cuz its spouse to be with windows 10 built in

The 640 says on MS's website that it will get an upgrade to W10 when available. Of course, with ATT, who the heck knows.
