Will The Unlocked 8X work on ATT LTE and T-Mobile HSPA?

I'm thinking about picking this bad boy up - just want to make sure I'll get the best speeds on any carrier I decide to go with.

Im no expert but it looks like that will work fine on ATT due to the 850 and 1900 frequency. Tmobile uses 1700 which isn't listed there. In some areas (I don't know how to check) Tmobile is now using 1900. If you're in that area, it will work

If its a att unlocked, obviously you will get lte, and you will get HSPA not +. But the down and up speeds on tmobile should be about 5-6 and 2-3.
