It would be quite beneficial for people who don't own a credit card, like myself...

I'm from the Philippines, unfortunately I do not know any stores that sell these sort of Cards ... hmmm oh well

There's an alternate recourse. You could set up a Bing Rewards account. Just remember to change the region of your Microsoft Account.

(It's an alternate method to gain store credit - and the best part is it's free!)
