Will Windows 10 still activate if changed from 32 bit to 64 bit?

My desktop came with 32 bit Win 7 pro. I've upgraded and clean installed. It activated. If I clean install the 64 bit version, will it activate o k?

licenses don't discern whether it's 32 or 64 bit usually.
