Will Xbox 360 Controller can operate on Windows Phone?

I looking for controller for Windows Phone's Games. And I found a video about connect Xbox 360 Controller to Android's tablet and it work.

I would like to know will Xbox 360 Controller can operate on Windows Phone and Project My Screen?

I don't think so. I use a wired 360 controller on my Android phones, but it doesn't work on all of them. It requires a phone to support usb otg. This is something I believe Microsoft will support in the future, because it has been requested by many on User Voice. You should go over there and add your vote.
