win 10 for microsoft 540?

540 is supported to upgrade to windows 10 mobile but it wont get the "creator update" and the "fall creator update"

Am a 540 user and am currently on version 10.0.15063.138 All you need to do is register yourself as an insider and chose slow/fast ring to receive the updates.
