Win 10 (not insider) update for Lumia 830

Am I the only one who received W10 on Lumia 830 (not insider version) on June 3? How come Windows Central is absolutely silent about this update?

no, I believe ATT hasn't updated their 830 thus far.

Also, Windows Central doesn't report on nothing usually. (I.e. there's no article saying "AT&T doesn't update X phone.")

Windows Central will probably report one the update is available. That's usually how all the Mobile Nations sites handle reports for updates from carriers.

My gf has a 830, running Insider Release Preview Ring,what's your RM Model # and mobile operator # assigned to your phone
