Win10 Redstone on 640XL?

As Microsoft has a Redstone branch of Win10 but often doesn't differentiate in postings, I'm confused. Will the 640XL receive an update to that developer branch? I am currently on a 640XL via AT&T with a single SIM model. My phone shows the .164 build and checking for updates on the slow and fast insider ring show no updates available. If I can update, how do I force the update?

Anyone who can save me from playing detective would be most appreciated.

It should be as easy as switching your phone to the fast ring.

My 640 was on .164. I switched to fast ring and got 14921
