Win10 Slow

I am looking to speed up win10. If you have disabled any processes or services that are using resources in task manager and has helped in this regard I would like to here about it.....thanks

What is your system and did this system come with Windows 10 and manufacturer bloatware?

There are a few things that can really affect the way Windows 10 runs, Hardware and even operating system options that are enabled by default, aslo big box manufacturers can load their systems down with software addon's they will swear you need. So before you can get dialed in you have to consider these 3 areas.
1)Hardware Specs (new or old system, Hard Drive or Solid State Drive ect ect...)
2)Default Operating System Settings
3)Bloatware

You should add a lot of third party anti-virus software, often slows a PC more than a virus, I just use the built in Defender.
