windo blu lte wont charge

hi
my window blu lte wont keep the charge no more, sometime the battery display full but will only last 5 minutes then the battery will be drain again.
try a reset but no luck...
plz help

Could be a faulty battery or a bad charger. If you still have warranty on the phone then do a replacement. Or try looking online for a replacement battery.
