Settings > Network & Wireless > Cellular & SIM > Add an Internet APN... Is that not showing at all?

Or when you tap an APN name you do not get any options?





If you are not seeing any of this... You should try a Hard Reset with the button press method or Factory Reset with Settings > System > About > Reset your phone.

Nope. The Default APN stays and you cannot edit it. You have to just add a new "profile" and apply it.

Yes, after adding an APN for Internet and MMS respectively, I'm able to send and receive MMS messages now.

Could you share exactly which settings you applied to those two screens? I've tried to set up the internet and MMS APNs (see my thread here) without success. MMS still won't send.

And as far as WiFi affecting it, do you have WiFi calling turned on? There's a history of MMS not working over WiFi calling. I haven't actually been able to get WiFi calling to work consistently with W10M and TMo yet. Build .122 was supposed to help with IMS registration but hasn't seem to really do anything.

My setting is different from yours because I use Lumia 640 LTE in Canada. My carrier does not support wifi calling; however, I still have to turn off wifi in order to send or receive MMS.
