My Lumia 620 lock key sometimes works sometimes not....what to do

i thought hardware problem.. you have to check with service center, that would be better

Ok thank you...but I have updated my phone using pfd....do they check my or not....do they charge

My recent updation is cyan...and one more thing my Lumia is turning off too sometimes...and nokia service centre would charge for checking my phone??(sry for bad English)
