Window Phone Recovery 2.1.1 unable to read data on Lumia 735 after Window 10
Since moving to Windows 10 the phone has been crashing, freezing, and generally slow. As a result i decided to restore the device back to 8.1.
Unfortuately i have an issue with the Windows phone recovery app 2.1.1. I connect my device to the PC via the cable supplied. The app discovers the devices so i select this on screen, to be left awaiting over an hour for it to "Reading phone Information"
How long can it take?? I don't think it is working any other ideas on how i restore my device back to 8.1?
