Windows 10 authenticator app for mobile devices is now in the Store, but you can't get it yet

In January it was revealed that Microsoft was working on a Windows 10 authenticator app for mobile devices that would allow users to just tap on their PC to open it, via a Bluetooth connection. Now, that app has a listing in the Windows Store, but it's not available to download yet for the general public.
