Windows 10 black screen with cursor

Hello guys, windows is only showing a black screen after boot no login screen only my mouse, but the mouse isn't working only an external one works. The keyboard isn't working too. I need help

I got the same problem with my laptop. I found that I had to unplug, pull battery and force a clean boot to recover. Coming back from hibernate mode seems to be an issue.
