Windows 10 clean install or not?

My windows 10 is now downloading, shall i do a clean install or keep everything on it?

I did clean installs on both computers I upgraded so far.

Just remember to save your Windows 10 key after the upgrade from 8.1 is complete and before starting the clean install.

Clan installs are generally preferred. However, if you have so much applications installed and don't want the hastle, do an upgrade. The upgrade system is quite good nowadays.

You dont need the key If your windows currently was activated. Just skip the part where it asks for the key. After installation make sure you are connected to the internet and it will get activated on its own.
