Ya I saw that too. After reboot I tapped the usual "Updates Were Installed" notification which took me to that screen. I saw the yellow letters noting "Some setting are managed by your organization". Is that what you are referring to for version 14393.953? Or a place holder? I do not see the yellow letters now...

It should be tied to whatever account(s) are signed in. Work, school, Microsoft, or other.

Microsoft is an organization and if you have a Microsoft account then they host it.
