Windows 10 does not keep settings

Hi,
I want to share my wifi connection with my server so I share my wifi card with the lan card and connect with a crossover to my server. This is fine. The problem is when I restart the computer the setting is gone, vanished. This is a problem of Windows 10. It seems that is unable to save the settings. Any idea how to solve this problem?

There is obviously a problem here...I won't be bothered with this. Many alternatives to start asking Microsoft why this happens also.
