Windows 10 Edge

I really tried to make Edge work ever since Windows 10 came out. It is day to day if it will work right. I can not go into settings and clear data and it won't clear the data with all the check marks checked. I can't download anything, When I click a download link at the bottom it pops up with save, save as, or cancel none of theses buttons work. I have had it, last night I installed Chrome and have not had ONE problem. Like I said I really wanted Edge to work.

Update, I did a clean install via setting recovery as I have done a few times but this time it was different, seems to be running really great this time.
