Question Windows 10 extended support button not showing on old business laptop

I bought a used business computer on Ebay years ago, and am now trying to get extended support for Windows 10. However, the "enroll now" button does not appear in my settings, although my Windows 10 is up to date. I also noticed when I did a Google search for information weeks ago, the first link I got was for businesses, not consumers. I believe Microsoft is identifying this as a business computer, although it has not been a business computer for years. How do I fix this problem?
