Windows 10 for PC/Laptop to release on August 31

So it seems that MS finally decided to launch W10 for PC/laptops on August 31

Microsoft Windows 10 Professional - OEM

Could be this release date for real or it's just too soon?

that's the date for boxed versions... with win8 it was 8 weeks difference between OEM and box version i think. so that would give us win10 ar the end of June!
