Windows 10 Insider Preview 14295 won't install - Error 0x80070005

I've been trying to install this update for a couple weeks now, but still no luck, and same error code. This is the 1st update I have had from Insider Preview updates that would not install... anyone having similar issues?

14295 has been available since yesterday tho? However I did have issues installing the 291 build. Took me a bit to get that one and the very next day I had to download the 295 build lol

the same is happening to me wont install preview 14295 im getting this error code Error 0x80240031 (ive tryed 3 times to install and 3 times its failed)

The tool referred too in the solution does not mention Windows 10 among supported operating systems.
Other than that I can't get the tool to download.

The update's install keeps failing on my Laptop but installed perfectly on my desktop.

EDIT: I came across this link that had a download to a windows 10 update diagnostic and fix.
