Windows 10 is freezing, how can I get it to stop doing this?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 freeze

The screen on my windows 10 dell PC freezes up and won't come back to life unless I reboot it. I have had this happen several times and it seems to be random - regardless of which program I am using or for how long. Please help
