Windows 10 mobile build 10036 reigon/install

Hey everyone! I just installed the build 10036 and during the initial set-up where it asks you to choose your preferred language (english) and country/reigon (new Zealand ) I push next and a dot in the middle of the screen appears but it doesn't progress. It just hangs.. has anyone else encountered this? Cheers!!

if your running on lumie 535, dont bother. they failed to fix that middle dot, which appears instead of a dialog box, from the first w10 tp build up to present. i swer sometimes i feel like they are not moving at all.
