Windows 10 mobile build 10549 its on available on fast ring

Thinking I might go back to 8.1 ...again. This build is better but has some odd issues that I personally can't deal with.

So I rolled back my 1520 to 8.1 no problem, installed the Windows Insider app, it rebooted my phone and now it's in a reboot loop and getting very hot. (battery 100%)
Have tried a soft reset to no avail, so have done a hard reset so back at the cogs.
Anyone else had this?
