Windows 10 mobile creator update

I had the same problem on my L830, I was on the fast 183 and could not update so I went back to 8.1 using WDRT and then updated all the way up and then went to Release preview and received the update. Now I am on the creators update 251.

Just go back to WM 8.1 using WDRT and keep updating till it stops then switch to Windows insider program Release preview and reboot then check for update and you will be updated to creators Update.
