I have Lumia 950 but haven't received Windows 10 Mobile creators update.

Not received on my unlocked 950XL US N. America and unlocked IDOL 4s US/N. America. Soak test started last week. So wait a couple more days.

i just recieved the update on my Lumia 950XL (non-insider). i am from Pakistan but region is set to US.

Yes, just checked my 950XL DS here in Canada and it shows the update available. Downloading now.
