Windows 10 mobile for personal use?

Can I use windows 10 mobile as personal use? I have Microsoft Lumia 535. As the new build came 10532. Is it said to be staBle? Would you suggest me to install windows 10 new build 10532?

Build 10536 has only just been released so probably a bit early to say.
It's still a technical preview not a finished OS so there will be bugs.
Have you read Gabe Aul's blog regarding the latest build? (link below) This will give you an idea of some expected issues.
