Windows 10 mobile insiders get official updates?

Hi guys I have Lumia 640 XL
And recently i join insider program so now i have one question i get out of insider...now my windows 10 build is 10586.36 so i don't want more betas updates, all is working good now so when the official windows 10 launch i can get the official update too?

Yes you will get.

If you don't want any further insider updates then launch windows insider app and tap on three lower dots and select leave program.

Yes I did it and I make and one restart in my devise so if I take the official then I can go in denim again?

After official launch you can't go back to denim.
