windows 10 mobile on ATT

Can someone please confirm that the lumia 925 on AT&T is not currently eligible for the windows 10 preview? I want to buy one to check out windows 10 but it looks like att is on cyan and denim is required for the upgrade?

Denim is not required to use Windows 10 Technical Preview

It's eligible I believe.

Especially considering the T-Mobile 810 , which is stuck on Amber, is still eligible.

Denim is just a name-only change for most of the older devices anyway, so you'll be fine. I've tested 10 and it was usable on my Cyan-equipped 635.

I can also confirm my backup phone, 635, installed W10TP without problems and was on Cyan.

I installed it on my AT&T 925 twice. Reverted to 8.1 both times. So far, 10 is still very buggy, not really good for daily use.
