Does anyone know when windows 10 mobile is officially launching on phones like 1520, 930, 830, 730 etc ???

Wait for the Microsoft event on the 6th. We may have some more information then.

Don't forget that carriers/region will have a bearing on when the update will hit anyone's phone, although anyone can join the Insider program and get Windows 10 mobile directly.
