Hey Guys,
I've tried everything at this point that I can think of but I can't seem to get these two apps to work anymore. I can use the preview apps no problem, but would love to see if I can fix these two if at all possible so I'm looking for some help from the community.

I've tried using the Powershell command to basicly refresh the apps installed on the machine and it fixed my Mail/Calendar apps that were also having this issue but no luck on my Media apps.

I've tried manually uninstalling them and redownloading them from the store with no luck either. I'm not sure what has happened and would like to know if at all possible, how I may be able to get these working again, and what you guys might have for me to try.

Thanks!

Hi Kyle. I was with a problem with Spartan that doesn't open, so a MS guy send me a workaround that re-register all apps. You can try it with you want:

"I had a similar issue and the suggestions by the support engineers didn't do the trick for me. I was able to find a solution however which may work for you. Try the following:

1. Press windows key + x and select the Command Prompt (admin), clicking Yes when the UAC window pops.

2. Type in Powershell and press enter.

3. Paste this into the PS window & press enter:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

4. Let it complete, it'll show PS C:\Users\yourusername> when completed.

5. Reboot & try Project Spartan again.

Good luck, Hope that works for you.
Matt"

After that my app started to working again.
